My economy twin room with gorgeous views, large shower, for example was non-smoking. Lots of food for breakfast including fruit and cheese. Great service was provided here. I had an excellent time.

Bright decor and the whole hotel was cosy. Wonderful location to a shopping mall. Informative staff, wonderful stay. Breakfast was good with lots of incredible options.

nice comfy base for exploring lucerne. excellent restaurant, excellent design, amazing location. in my queen room there was a big bed that i loved. it was nice, bath luxurious. tidy hotel, special service. what's more, the parking onsite was a nice bonus.

Very clean, air-conditioned room with climate control, flat-screen TV and an electronic key card. Kudos to receptionist. We appreciated our stay.

We enjoyed views and location, they were excellent. We tried some restaurants, including China Take Away which boasted a QUALITY cuisine. In addition, the free parking was onsite. It was worth its 3 stars.
